One price per ward. No per-seat maths.
A ward with 12 people and a ward with 40 pay the same, because the work Nurvo takes off a ward does not scale with headcount. Onboarding and support are included; there is no setup fee.

Per ward, or per living area in a care home, regardless of how many people work there.

9 € net per person and month
For medical practices and MVZ, billed per member of staff.
What the price includes
The same list for both plans, except the statutory staffing record: medical practices are not subject to the PPBV or § 113c SGB XI, so they do not get a record they have no use for.

Start with a pilot, not a signature.
The pilot runs 10 to 12 weeks on two or three wards for a flat 1,000 € net. We do the setup and the data migration with you. If you go ahead afterwards, the full 1,000 € is credited against the annual contract — so the pilot costs nothing if it works and 1,000 € if it does not.
The annual contract then renews for twelve months at a time and can be terminated with three months' notice to the end of the term.
Questions about pricing
Do you charge per ward or per hospital?
Per ward, or per living area in a nursing home, regardless of how many people work there. For organisations with several wards we quote a bundled rate.
What does the pilot cost?
1,000 € net as a flat fee for 10 to 12 weeks across two or three wards. If you go ahead, the full amount is credited against the annual contract.
Are there setup or per-user fees?
No. The price per ward includes an unlimited number of staff, onboarding and support. Medical practices are billed per member of staff instead, because a practice has no wards.
Is there an export to DATEV or our payroll software?
Not yet. Nurvo currently produces the digital payslip in the app under § 108 GewO. A structured DATEV and Lexware export is in development and listed on the public roadmap.
